Will Freeman has joined the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) as a fellow for Latin America studies, based at CFR’s New York City headquarters. He will focus particularly on countries in the Andes region and Central America.

During his graduate studies, Freeman also worked with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to draft the bipartisan United States-Ecuador Partnership Act of 2022 and Senate resolutions, floor speeches, and statements on Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.
